Aesthetic Dental Laboratory has a Prosthetic Department producing appliances from the most straightforward Denture Repair to Full Dentures in NHS, Independent, and Private service levels.

All our Private Dentures are produced with stippling/contouring and High Impact Denture base with high quality teeth all included.

Flexible dentures have become very popular. Flexible dentures are more comfortable, retentive, and thinner than traditional dentures yet are virtually unbreakable.

The manufacturing process utilises an injection moulded thermoplastic resin. There are many different systems and materials with VALPLAST probably being one of the best known brands.

We use a wide range of different materials and base our decision on which material to use by drawing on our vast experience of knowing which material will achieve maximum patient comfort and fit.

All our partial dentures are fitted to duplicate models.
